Magento Mobile Shop Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions listed below are applicable to the user located anywhere in the world who avail Magento Mobile Shop Services.

Service(s) offered by Magento Mobile Shop is subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before availing the services.

Note: These terms of use are applicable to all the users of this website ( References in the following terms to "You" is the users/visitor and "MMS", "Us" or "We" as Magento Mobile Shop.

1. License

We provide Magento Plugin, also referred to as Extension or Software. This extension is owned solely by us and is a non-exclusive and non-transferable license which can be used on a single website. The software license is merely for the purpose of creating mobile and web applications on our server.

2. Upgrades & Versions

We hold the right to change, revise, update and release successive versions of the software therof revisions in specifications, features, functions and other traits of the software without prior notice to the user. The user is entitled to upgrades during the 1 year term of the agreement.

3. Product Delivery

We deliver non-tangible digital product which will be delivered to the user online via email. We offer 2 products – Android App and iPhone App.

3.1 iPhone App:  After registering with us and making the payment, the user will be sent a confirmation email on the registered email address. This is the email you can login to and receive online support. After placing an order for the iOS app for Magento, the user will receive an .ipa file along with an installation guide. iPhone app, in general, requires a manual signup. Therefore, whenever your app is ready, we will sign it up for you. In case of placing an order on weekends, the time may be extended.

3.2 Android App:  After registering with us and making the payment, the user will be sent a confirmation email on the registered email address. This is the email that you can login to and receive online support. After placing an order for the Android app for Magento, the user will receive an .apk file along with an installation guide. If you do not receive an email from us, make sure to check your Spam folder or contact us.

3.3 Intellectual Property: Customer is responsible for their intellectual property, i.e. brand name, logo or any other graphic asset. Your app will be rejected from Google Play Store if these are found to be impersonating or violating the intellectual property violation. Please be aware that the App might not function as desired, especially if any changes are made in the code by the recipient during the making of the Magento Mobile App or after the delivery. Our product is best optimized to meet the app speed requirements. Magento Mobile Shop will not be held responsible in case of any modifications made in the code by the recipient or poor app performance due to server issues, mobile device configuration or slow internet speed.

4. MMS Intellectual Property

All the services offered by us, including but not limited to the software, text, logo, photographs, trademarks, graphics or video, is our property, copyrighted and protected under law. Source code of the app is not available. Website content or any other material from this site shall not be used without prior consent from Magento Mobile Shop for commercial or non-commercial purpose.

5. Fees and Payment

In accordance to the services availed, the user shall pay Magento Mobile Shop all inclusive fees due as per the terms and conditions and prices listed on the website The services commence after the payment has been made final.

6. Refund Policy

If you are unable to install the plugin on your website, install the .apk or .ipa file on your smartphone or if the product on the whole fails to function as designed, we will be happy to resolve your issues. If you are still not happy with the product, we will refund your amount within the first 7 days of placing an order with us.

7. Maintenance & Support

The user is entitled to avail technical support with the paid support plans. In case of any difficulty, the user can avail assistance by contacting our customer care through email or via website. Technical support is subjective to the support plans that a user has paid for and is generally available on a paid monthly basis. The users receiving product support, documentation or any other helpful material are prohibited to re-post them on any platform. Violation of this term may result in termination of the user license and additional support.

8. Emails

We may send occasional emails on your registered email address notifying you about the product, upgrades, price changes, transactions, term expiration and any changes in our terms and conditions.

9. Price Change

Prices of products offered by us are subject to change and we hold the right to change the prices and or discontinue a product, temporarily or permanently without any prior notice. The user will be notified about any price changes on the website or via newsletter.

10. Product Warranty

Our extension is subject to functioning on a shopping website made in Magento CMS. We have designed our extension to work in compatibility with the third-party plugins. However, we do not guarantee that the extension will work properly along with the third-party plugins installed on your website. If you face any issues regarding the installation of the extension, feel free to contact us. We are not liable for the loss of data or any problem of such sort during the installation of extension. User discretion is advised. Our extension supports Magento default functions. These functions will be provided in the app free of cost. Any other function that isn’t default of Magento will be chargeable as a customised task. Also, we support Payment Gateways (Payu Money, Authorize .net, Paypal, Cash On Delivery, Check or Money Order, Bank Transfer, Credit Card) in our extension. Any other payment gateway(s) integration would be chargeable.

11. User Acceptance
